THROUGH COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS AND INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT, THE HOWARD COMMUNITY COLLEGE EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION PROVIDES CRITICALLY IMPORTANT SCHOLARSHIPS AND SERVICE TO HELP STUDENTS REALIZE THEIR EDUCATIONAL GOALS.
