Mission Statement

The HOYCE Youth Center is a not for profit organization dedicated to decreasing violence against youth by conducting educational and positive recreational activities in order to increase youth awareness of options. Through life skills, self-management, and educational support we afford youth the opportunity for positive self expression and positive sense of self, which ultimately creates a better quality of life.
