THE ORGANIZATION ENDEAVORS TO SERVE RESIDENTS OF HUDSON COUNTY, AS WELL AS THOSE OF THE SURROUNDING NORTH JERSEY/NEW YORK METROPOLITAN AREA, BY PRESENTING PROFESSIONAL MUSIC, THEATER, AND DANCE PERFORMANCES OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY. HRPAC SEEKS TO DEVELOP A PERMANENT VENUE FOR LIVE PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES IN THE AREA. ADDITIONALLY, HRPAC STRIVES TO SERVE AS AN ARTISTIC AND EDUCATIONAL RESOURCE TO THE CHILDREN OF THE COUNTY, MANY OF WHOM HAVE NEVER ATTENDED A LIVE MUSICAL OR THEATRICAL PRESENTATION.
