Mission Statement

The Corporation operates exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code. The purpose of Hudson Valley Ocktoberfest Corporation is to organize a community/regional annual festival that raises funding to provide seasonal work to local residents, provides sponsorships or internships for college students, and contributes funds back to other local civic services within the community from the annual festival.
