Mission Statement

The Hutchinson River Project, Inc. is organized exclusively for charitable,scientific and educational purposes. The Hutchinson River Project will focus itsactivities on restoration and preservation of the Hutchinson River and environs inNew York. In order to put this vision into action, it shall cultivate an activemembership and reach out to all levels of the leadership and membership base ofkindred organizations and communities around the Hutchinson River. It will networkand coordinate activities with other like-minded organizations and affinity groupsand organize meetings, workshops, tutorials, forums and restoration andpreservation events to educate and inform the public and help to restore andpreserve the Hutchinson River and its environs.
