The specific objectives and purposes of the Hyakusho Foundation are: (1) To provide content (trainings, seminars, courses) in leadership and management skills development, personal and professional wellbeing, and global education. This will be pursued through online classes and in person training at various global locations in the United States, Asia, Africa and Latin America;(2) To promote a new model for transformational leadership and management education: "Leadership 3.0". This model assumes that leaders require the time and space to tend to the inner world of leadership that, if engaged, catalyzes transformational change. It believes in an individual and collective process of conscious reconstruction to transform a leader's perspective on who they are and what is possible; (3) To offer 4-5 different training and educational programs per year focused on transformational leadership for leaders who are in different phases of leadership.
