TO ASSIST, SERVE, SUPPORT, TRAIN AND ADVOCATE FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SURVIVORS OF VERBAL, EMOTIONAL, PHYSICAL, SEXUAL, SPIRITUAL, FINANCIAL AND LEGAL ABUSE AND TO PROMOTE PREVENTION THROUGH OUTREACH, EDUCATION AND AWARENESS.
