I DARE TO CARE ASSOCIATION CURRENTLY PROVIDES ITS SERVICES FOR 50 GIRLS 7 TO 18 YEARS OF AGE. 44 PARENTS REGULARLY TAKE PART IN OUR VARIOUS PROGRAM SERVICES AND WORKSHOPS. WE ALSO PROVIDE SOCIAL EMOTIONAL SERVICES TO MIDDLE SCHOOL GIRLS THAT ARE EXPERIENCING BEHAVIORAL PROBLEMS IN SCHOOL POOR ACADEMIC PORFORMANCE AND ARE CHRONICALLY ABSENT. WHILE WE PROVIDE OUR SERVICES IN SCHOOL WE ENCOURAGE PARENTS TO ENGAGE GIRLS IN OUR AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAMMING TO ASSIST THEM IN EDUCATION ENRICHMENT TO ASSIST THEM IN IMPROVING THEIR CLASSROOM ASSIGNMENTS. I DARE TO CARE ASSOCIATION DOES NOT DISCRIMINATE; WE PROVIDE CULTURAL RELEVANT SERVICES TO ALL THE GIRLS AND FAMILY MEMBERS WHO ATTEND. WE ARE PROUD OF THE NON-JUDGEMENT SPACE THAT WE CREATED SO THAT PARTICIPANTS CAN EXPERIENCE COMPLETE SAFETY IN THE ENVIRONMENT.
