THE LOCAL LABOR MANAGEMENT COOPERATION COMMITTEE IS DESIGNED TO MARKET THE POSITIVE ASPECTS OF A UNIONIZED WORKFORCE, TO EXPAND JOB OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN THE INDUSTRY, AND TO ATTRACT POTENTIAL MEMBERS TO JOIN THE UNION AND PURSUE A CAREER AS AN ELECTRICIAN.
