TO PROVIDE SCIENCE-BASED NUTRITION EDUCATION TO ENSURE THAT EDUCATORS, HEALTH PROFESSIONALS, SCIENTISTS, MEDIA, AND CONSUMERS HAVE A CREDIBLE BODY OF NUTRITION KNOWLEDGE/RESOURCES TO USE FOR ECUCATION AND HEALTH RECOMMENDATIONS.
