Equine rescue from physical abuse, starvation, or owner relinquishment. ILEHC provides shelter, pasture, feed, hay, medical, dental, transportation particularly with getting a new rescue from quarantine to our facility, farrier treatments and services. Horses are rehabilitated when possible and placed with an adoptive home or live their days with the rescue herd and human caretakers. ILEHC also educates the community on equine welfare.
