Mission Statement

To provide law school scholarships ("Scholarships") so as to stimulate excellence in the legal profession through scholarship to law students attending accredited law schools in the state of Illinois and so thereby provide service to the law student, law schools, the legal profession and the various communities they serve with the ideas, principles and the values of the Illinois Judicial Council.
