Mission Statement

THE MISSION OF THE ILLINOIS TRANSPLANT FUND IS TO GIVE PEOPLE ACCESS TO LIFESAVING ORGAN TRANSPLANTS AND FOLLOW-UP CARE TO HELP THEM LIVE LONG, HEALTHY AND PRODUCTIVE LIVES. CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE OWE CARRY OUT OUR MISSION BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IN THE FORM OF INSURANCE PREMIUM SUPPORT TO QUALIFIED PARTICIPANTS IN NEED. WITHOUT THIS ASSISTANCE, MANY PEOPLE WILL NOT QUALIFY TO RECEIVE AN ORGAN TRANSPLANT. AS OF 12/31/24, ILLINOIS TRANSPLANT FUND HAS SUPPORTED PATIENTS THAT HAVE RECEIVED OVER 600 LIFESAVING ORGAN TRANSPLANTS.
