Mission Statement

THE ORGANIZATION IS A CONSUMER CONTROLLED, COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATION FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING IN THE CAPITAL REGION OF CONNECTICUT. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES SERVICES TO ENABLE PEOPLE WITH PHYSICAL, SENSORY, COGNITIVE, COMMUNICATION, AND EMOTIONAL DISABILITIES TO LIVE AS INDEPENDENTLY AS THEY CHOOSE.
