1 the encouragement of recreation and athletics and particularly but not limited to various types of sports and pastimes including tennis 2 to maintain a social organization through its clubhouse tennis courts recreational and other facilities and 3 to do any and all lawful things necessary for the fulfillment and accomplishment of the foregoing purposes.
