Mission Statement

As a labor organization, the Corporation's primary service is to collectively bargain on behalf of members for salary and benefits with Indianapolis Public Schools. Furthermore, the Corporation holds training and professional development for school employees to assist those employees to be better educators. The Corporation also provides information to members about professional issues that affect the members' jobs and classrooms.
