Mission Statement

The Indianapolis Suzuki Academy (ISA) continued its mission of nurturing young musicians through the renowned Suzuki method. Core programming included weekly private lessons and group classes, fostering skill development in a supportive, inclusive environment.ISA served 150 students, achieving 88% retention and 5% enrollment growth. We expanded our piano program by 45% with the addition of a new piano teacher in August.We hosted three formal performances at Indiana Landmarks Grand Hall, reinstating post-recital receptions to build community with parent volunteers. Students also gave 22 community performances at venues including Brics Ice Cream, St. Vincent Womens Hospital, the Harrison Center for the Arts, and nursing homes. Highlights included collaborations with the Indianapolis Chamber Orchestra, and a new piano performance at the Indy Arts Garden. Faculty continued their tradition of performing three times a year at Eskenazi Hospital.
