TO PROVIDE HIGHLY EFFICIENT PRACTICES THAT WILL INCREASE ATHLETES VOLLEYBALL SKILLS, STRATEGY, AND CONDITIONING ALL WHILE HAVING FUN. LESSONS INCLUDING TEAMWORK, CONFIDENCE, MENTAL HEALTH, WORK ETHIC, POSITIVITY AND RESPONSIBILITY.
