THE RISE INSTITUTE WAS FOUNDED IN NOVEMBER 2001 TO SUPPORT COUNTRIES, GLOBAL AGENCIES, AND ORGANIZATIONS IN IMPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT OF INFANTS AND YOUNG CHILDREN THROUGH EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT, EARLY CHILDHOOD INTERVENTION, AND INCLUSIVE EDUCATION SERVICES. RISE ASSISTS THEM IN DEVELOPING POLICIES, STRATEGIC PLANS, AND LAWS FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT, EARLY CHILDHOOD INTERVENTION, AND INCLUSIVE EDUCATION.
