Mission Statement

The Corporation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes in accordance with Sec tion 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code. More specifically the Corporation seeks to restore public faith in Ame rican institutions and democratic processes to raise public awareness of voting processes controls and results a nd to promote research transparency and accountability related to American elections.
