THE ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED TO FACILITATE COORDINATED, EFFICIENT AND COST EFFECTIVE PROVISION OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CARE SERVICES TO POOR AND UNDERSERVED PERSONS IN THE SURROUNDING COUNTIES. TO ACCOMPLISH THIS, THE ORGANIZATION WILL SOLICIT, NEGOTIATE AND STRUCTURE CONTRACTS WITH THIRD PARTY PAYORS.
