TO INCREASE AWARENESS AND UNDERSTANDING OF MENTAL ILLNESS AMONG CLERGY, STAFF, LAY LEADERS AND MEMBERS OF FAITH COMMUNITIES TO HELP THEM MORE EFFECTIVELY DEVELOP AND NURTURE SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENTS FOR PERSONS DEALING WITH MENTAL ILLNESSES AND THEIR FAMILIES AND FRIENDS.
