It is the mission of the Palatine Firefighters to: Be the best in our profession honor those who have served and sacrificed before us understand and implement the best practices available in protecting the health safety and fitness of our members and the community we serve be active community members using our skills expertise and relationships to enhance the health safety and livelihood of our community and lift the human spirit and promote and protect the interests of our members while providing a unified voice in balancing our interests with those of the community we serve.
