International Orthodox Theological Association is a community of scholars and professionals dedicated to the worldwide exchange of knowledge within the context of the orthodox tradition The purpose of the organization is to 1 Organize international conferences and facilitate group research projects 2 Partner with people and institutions around the world in order to contribute to their mission of teaching and transmitting the faith 3 Engage contemporary culture in light of the Orthodox tradition 4 Contribute to the growth and renewal of the Orthodox Church and 5 Support pan-Orthodox unity and conciliarity
