Mission Statement

IXO facilitates learning opportunities through cross cultural exchange programs. IXO provides management and other administrative services for its non-profit subsidiary LLCs. IXO provides assistance to organizations, subsidiaries and their personnel to encourage and support the development of an exchange environment. IXO helps create new start up organizations through a non-profit incubator process. IXO provides training and mentorship for pastors and leaders.
