Mission Statement

THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROMOTE THE PLANNING, DESIGN, AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE I-11 MULTI-MODAL TRANSPORTATION CORRIDOR BETWEEN LAS VEGAS, NEVADA AND PHOENIX, ARIZONA. THE ORGANIZATION AND ITS MEMBERS WILL COORDINATE WITH THE LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.
