Mission Statement

The activities of Invest in Outcomes involves the research, analysis, development and implementation of a new mode of government financing of human services, primarily from nonprofit organizations. The model would allow state governments to identify service providers with the most successful outcomes, quantify the benefits to the government that result from those outcomes and reward those service providers to create further incentives for successful outcomes.
