Mission Statement

Vision: InwardBound Center envisions the day when nonprofits, especially those focused on eliminating poverty, rank on the Best Places to Work lists, known for outstanding leadership and the ability to grow leaders from within. Funders and donors discover that investing in leadership development increases their return on investment of their program dollars.The Center: Offers training and development to nonprofit leaders, and pays outstanding certified coaches to conduct coaching and training. Creates social media communications and website to share advice and learning. Adapted programs to be successfully delivered virtually on Zoom and other platforms. Areas of expertise include working with diverse nonprofit teams, and values-based leadership. Before Covid, held periodic nonprofit leadership summits in person. Each board member signs a Conflict of Interest Policy annually.
