TO PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR CHILDREN TO PLAY THE GAME OF BASKETBALL (WITH EMPHASIS ON SPORTSMANSHIP AND TEAMWORK) AND TO PROVIDE A FAVORABLE ATMOSPHERE TO FULLY DEVELOP EACH INDIVIDUAL WHO PARTICIPATES.
