PROVIDE FUNDS FOR THE TRAVEL EXPENSES OF PATIENTS AND ONE LEGAL GUARDIAN TO AND FROM SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS WITH SHRINERS CHILDREN AND TO PROVIDE EDUCATION FOR SHRINERS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC TO BETTER UNDERSTAND SHRINERS INTERNATIONAL AND SHRINERS CHILDREN.
