TO PROVIDE RENOVATIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS OF LOW INCOME HOUSING INCLUDING LOW INCOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS BY RESPONSIBLE CONTRACTORS THAT PROVIDE FAIR WAGES. TO PROVIDE RELIEF FOR NEEDY INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE TEMPORARILY UNABLE TO PAY FOR THEIR HOUSING NEEDS FOR REASONS SUCH AS NATURAL DISASTERS OR INDUSTRIAL DISPUTES AND ARE THREATENED WITH HOMELESSNESS BECAUSE OF ACCUMULATED RENT ARREARAGES OR MORTGAGE DEFICIENCIES. TO SUPPORT PROGRAMS ENABLING WORKING MEN AND WOMEN TO EARN SUFFICIENT INCOME TO AFFORD DECENT HOSUING FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR FAMILIES. NO MORE THAN 20% OF THE CORPORATION'S ASSETS WILL BE EXPENSED IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PURPOSE. TO SUPPORT AND PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO HOMELESS VETERANS OF AMERICA'S ARMED FORCES.
