IVOTE CIVIC EDUCATION FUND, INC. IS ORGANIZED PRIMARILY FOR THE PURPOSE OF INCREASING THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE VOTERS PARTICIPATING IN U.S. ELECTIONS AND EDUCATING THE PUBLIC REGARDING POLICIES AND PROGRAMS AIMED AT INCREASING A CITIZEN'S RIGHT TO VOTE.
