Jefferson Regional Health Alliance (JRHA) is a collaborative learning community of regional leaders from multiple sectors working together to improve the health and healthcare resources of Southern Oregonians. As a learning community, JRHA fosters connections between organizations and individuals to inspire strategic collaboration. We believe communities will be stronger, healthier, and more sustainable when leadership works collaboratively. In 2024, JRHA focused on the following priorities: a)Child Care b)Primary Care Workforcec)Behavioral Health JRHA Executive Committee meetings focused on Board recruitment, identifying learning topics, Board agenda planning, moving 2024 priorities forward, and establishing focus areas for 2025. JRHA Board meetings focused on Community Health Assessment (CHA) and Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) updates, behavioral health sector issues, labor force updates, health care workforce, housing, practitioner residency programs, legislative awareness
