THE ORGANIZATION WILL OPERATE A VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT TO PROVIDE FIRE PROTECTION TO THE TOWN OF JEFFERSON AND TO OTHER PARTS OF ASHE COUNTY AND ITS ENVIRONS.
