THE MISSION OF THE JENKINS ARBORETUM & GARDENS IS TO PRESERVE NATURAL, TRANQUIL WOODLANDS FOR COMMUNITY ENJOYMENT, TO SHOWCASE NATIVE PLANTS AND A WORLD CLASS COLLECTION OF RHODODENDRONS AND AZALEAS, AND TO PROMOTE ENVIRONMENTAL HORTICULTURE THROUGH LEARNING, RESEARCH, AND CONSERVATION.
