THE JEREMY STOKE LEGACY FOUNDATION WAS FOUNDED IN 2018 AFTER THE DEVASTATING CARR FIRE INCIDENT IN SHASTA COUNTY, CA. JEREMY WAS WORKING WITHIN THE INCIDENT AND WAS TRAGICALLY KILLED IN THE LINE OF DUTY. JEREMY WORKED FOR THE REDDING FIRE DEPARTMENT AND WAS BOTH ALUMNI OF SHASTA COLLEGE AND AN INSTRUCTOR IN MANY AREAS WITHIN THE FIRE ACADEMY. JEREMY'S PASSION FOR THE FIRE SERVICE WAS EVIDENT IN HIS WORK ETHIC. HIS REPUTATION WAS KNOWN THROUGHOUT THE FIRE SERVICE AS BEING A BROTHER WHO HAD YOUR BACK. THE VISION OF THIS FOUNDATION IS TO PASS ON SOME OF THE QUALITIES THAT JEREMY EMBODIED: HONORING THE BRAVE, ASSISTING THOSE IN NEED, SHAPING THE FUTURE OF THE FIRE SERVICE.
