Jersey Coastal ALERT Emergency Services, Inc. (JCAES) is a communications service and response team providing "on-scene" emergency communications, weather monitoring, weather alerting and SAR (search and rescue), especially for relief efforts (during natural and manmade disasters) and at public service events.JCAES consists of members who are current and former professional first responders and civilian personnel from Federal, State, County and Municipal level Police, Fire, EMS, Emergency Management, Public Works and Department of Transportation agencies along with personnel from other government, private companies (Security) and volunteer public safety agencies who are actively engaged in the protection of life and property in the communities where JCAES serves.JCAES does not interfere with or conduct operations reserved to Public Safety authorities.
