TO PROVIDE FOR THE ONGOING PROMOTION AND FUND RAISING FOR THE BENEFIT OF AND DONATIONS TO CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS, HOSPITALS AND THE LIKE WHO PROVIDE SERVICES TO CHILDREN WHO HAVE BEEN STRICKEN WITH LIFE THREATENING DISEASES AND/OR CONDITIONS.
