THE PUBLIC (OR QUASI PUBLIC) OBJECTIVE WHICH THE CORPORATION'S PURPOSES WILL ACHIEVE IS TO PROVIDE MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC WITH INCREASED ACCESS TO AND UTILIZATION OF PUBLIC TELEVISION AND RADIO BROADCASTING SYSTEMS, AS WELL AS PROVIDING THE GENERAL PUBLIC WITH A GREATER BREADTH AND VARIETY IN PROGRAMS AND OTHER FORMS OF EDUCATIONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL MEDIA PROVIDED BY PUBLIC TELEVISION AND RADIO BROADCASTING SYSTEMS THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF NEW YORK.
