Mission Statement

Jubilee Home fosters belonging, promotes healing, and builds wellness with justice-involved persons by providing quality, low barrier, supportive housing. We foster belonging by creating a community of mutuality where peer support specialists who have personal experience with incarceration, substance use disorder, and/or mental illness come alongside individuals transitioning from justice involvement to support them in overcoming the barriers that keep them from independence. We promote healing by creating safe space where residents can safely engage in mental health and substance use supports without stigma or judgement. We build wellness by focusing on the whole person and addressing nine dimensions of wellness with each resident, and we do all of this within the walls of beautiful houses that anyone would be proud to live in.
