Mission Statement

The Jugaad Leadership Program exists to grow networks connections and skills while helping to diversify the leadership of civic business and community organizations in St. Cloud. We do this by providing resources professional connections and learning opportunities related to community engagement such as job-seeking nonprofit board service civics education community advocacy innovation and social connection.
