WE MAINTAIN A HIGH DEGREE OF FLEXIBILITY IN OVERSEEING THE ROCK DUMPS SPACE TO PROVIDE GREATER OPPORTUNITIES AND RESPOND TO THE COMMUNITYS EVER-GROWING INTERESTS, ESPECIALLY TO PROVIDE A SAFE INDOOR SPACE THAT PROMOTES PHYSICAL ACTIVITY DESPITE ALASKAS INCLEMENT WEATHER.
