Mission Statement

The purposes for which the corporation is organized are exclusively charitable within the meaning of the Internal Revenue Service Code, Section 501(c)(3) and the Texas Tax Code, Section 11.18, and consist of the following: 1. To reframe the current public perspective about people with disabilities through legal education and communications 2. To ensure equal access to justice by providing timely and effective legal aid and representation to people with disabilities 3. To educate people with disabilities and their families about what their civil rights are and provide training on how to exercise and protect those rights 4. To secure economic empowerment for people with disabilities through entrepreneurial mentorship and development
