TO SUPPOR MEMBERS OF ALL 4-H CLUBS IN KENDALL COUNTY BY PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUTH AND ADULTS TO WORK TOGETHER IN A LEARN-BY-DOING PROGRAM WHILE CREATING SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITIES AND HELPING YOUTH BECOME PRODUCTIVE MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
