THE KENNEDY FAMILY FOUNDATION, INC. IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, INCLUDING, FOR SUCH PURPOSE, THE MAKING OF DISTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS UNDER IRC SECTION 501(C)(3) AND LIMITED PRIMARILY TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS OF ROCK COUNTY, WISCONSIN AND SURROUNDING AREAS.
