Mission Statement

The Corporation is organized for charitable, religious, scientific, literary, or educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 and the Texas Tax Code Section 11.18. In particular, the Corporation shall promote agriculture and horticulture by associations for the maintenance of public fairs and exhibitions of stock and farm products, and youth programs and activities aimed at providing wholesome education and entertainment for teens and young adults, awarding scholarships towards higher education, assisting charities with needed resources to maintain their endeavors, and providing organizations with resources in times of natural disasters.
