TO ACT AS THE SOLE BARGAINING AGENT FOR THE SALARIES AND BENEFITS OF ALL UNIFORMED MEMBERS OF THE KENSINGTON POLICE DEPARTMENT, TO REPRESENT ITS MEMBERS IN MATTERS OF DEPARTMENTAL DISCIPLINE, AND TO FOSTER AND PROMOTE CAMARADERIE AMONGST MEMBERS.
