KMEA ORGANIZES AND PRODUCES A VARIETY OF ACTIVITIES WHICH INCLUDE THE MUSIC EDUCATION PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CONFERENCE, PERFORMENCE ASSESSMENT EVENTS FOR MARCHING BANDS, CONCERT CHOIRS, BANDS, ORCHESTRAS, SOLOS, AND ENSEMBLES, AND THE QUARTERLY PUBLICATION OF THE BLUEGRASS MUSIC NEWS.
