Mission Statement

THE KERN COUNTY BUILDERS EXCHANGE IS AN ORGANIZATION WHOSE EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO ASSIST IN PROMOTING, ENFORCING AND OBSERVING LAWS AND REGULATIONS WHICH BENEFIT BOTH THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND THE PUBLIC; TO FOSTER AND MAINTAIN HIGH STANDARDS OF QUALITY AND ETHICS.
