BEGAN IN 1963 WITH A SUMMER BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL PROGRAM FOR ABOUT 200 BOYS AND GIRLS. SINCE THAT YEAR, IT HAS GROWN TO INCLUDE OVER 2,500 YOUNG PEOPLE ANNUALLY IN A VARIETY OF SPORTS ACTIVITIES. KIDS, INC. IS FUNDED BY LOCAL BUSINESS SPONSORS, DONATIONS, FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES, AND PLAYER REGISTRATION FEES.
